We loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect for us in a beautifully funky neighborhood with loads of amazing eateries, all around a green area of plants. The service was outstanding, from the dry cleaning to the grocery shopping service and laundry. Our room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the female staff member who helped us with express check-in/out and gave us great recommendations. We also loved the free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and pet amenities available.

We recommend this hotel for families, as it has everything that you need. The only downside was the earplugs provided, but they were necessary due to the noisy surroundings.

The hotel offered a useful kitchen and good hanging space. The location was great, with many great places to eat and bars nearby. Plus, free parking was available every night.

The Urban Newtown had a cool vibe with its open space filled with plants, creating a refreshing atmosphere. It was conveniently located near the Enmore Theatre, where I went to see a gig, and I was amazed by the beautiful atrium inside the building. The hotel was also close to the train station, providing easy access to the CBD within 10 minutes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.

There was a slight inconvenience with parking at the hotel.

We stumbled upon the Urban Newtown during our recent visit and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The location, right next to the bustling eat street and Young Henry's brewing, was perfect for exploring the colorful streets and enjoying great shopping in the area.

Although the check-in process was a bit challenging, with the need to park first and then obtain an access key, once we were settled in, the room was very good. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable as it was conveniently close to transportation, including the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. being surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops provided us with plenty of options for dining and shopping. We especially loved the close proximity to a good movie theatre and some cool bars. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and quiet room that was comfortable and well-designed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to try in the area.
